WHITE WINES

SEYVAL RESERVE

SEYVAL
Refreshing flavors of pear and green apple give this off-dry white wine a delicate character. Wonderful for sipping chilled with friends or with fish and poultry.

WOLF WHITE
Our House White, this semi-sweet Seyval blend has hints of pear and citrus with a crisp finish. Great with seafood.

VIGNOLES
Rich flavors of pineapple and grapefruit make this semi-sweet white wine perfect with spicy foods, or pair it with a key lime pie for a surprising treat!

VIGNOLES OFF DRY
This off-dry white wine has just a touch of residual sugar with flavors of mango and tropical fruit. The crisp grapefuit finish makes this wine a unique treat for your palate. Great with brie and bread or spicy Thai!

BLUSH WINES

BETTY'S BLUSH
This sweet Chambourcin blush wine has delicate hints of cherry and strawberry. Named after our Mom, Betty, it is perfect for brunch with friends or pair it with chocolate dipped strawberries for a delicious dessert.

SHADY BETTY
Betty's Blush with authority! This semi-sweet Chambourcin blush wine has a hint of dark cherry with a tart strawberry finish.

PANAPE
This semi-sweet St. Vincent blush boasts hints of vanilla and dark cherry with a spicy herbal finish.

PRAIRIE BLUSH
Fredonia grapes give this light wine a fruity character with a delightfully astringent finish.

RED WINES

PRAIRIE RED (Sweedy Red)
A semi-sweet Labrusca wine, Prairie Red is delightful chilled in Sangria or at room temperature with a savory pasta or even steak!

WOLF RED
A blend of Chambourcin and St. Vincent, this dry red has a spicy fruit-forward front with a velvety dry finish. Wonderful with appetizers or with a robust Italian dinner.

ST. VINCENT
A delicate, dry wine aged in American oak, our St. Vincent has hints of smokey dark cherry. Excellent with prime rib or London broil.

CHAMBOURCIN
Aged in American oak for 2 years, this spicy, dry Chambourcin screams for a grilled top sirloin! (Unoaked also available)

VIN D'UNE NUIT (Norton Blush)
This unoaked Norton is fruit forward with flavors of black cherry and smokey blackberry and Norton’s distinctively peppery finish. Perfect for that special occasion.

DESSERT WINE

FADO
This fortified, port-style wine has rich, smokey flavors of plum and toffee. Amazing with dark chocolate.
